Sheet metal strip blanking for the production of small metal parts and blanking services for third parties.
The sheet metal blanking department is the historic heart of SIPA’s production. Here, the small metal parts that have always been the company’s flagship product begin to take shape.
The manufacturing process employs high-quality sheet metal strips, which are processed using 30 automatic presses with capacities ranging from 50 to 250 tons: this ensures dimensional accuracy, consistent production, and uniformity of the finished part. The versatility of the machinery enables the processing of sheet metal in different sizes and thicknesses, tailoring production to both catalogue items and specific bespoke requests.
In addition to in-house production, SIPA also offers a contract sheet metal blanking service, guaranteeing high standards of reliability, efficient organisation and adherence to agreed deadlines.
A department structured to deliver quality, on-time performance, and production flexibility.
Our 30 automatic presses, ranging from 50 to 250 tons, enable us to process sheet metal strips of different thicknesses and widths, providing flexibility in the production of both standard and custom parts.
Automated blanking enables the production of repeatable components with accurate dimensions. This means we can maintain the quality of the finished product, even when dealing with large production volumes.
The department is integrated with the mechanical workshop and the warehouse to ensure optimised production flows, efficient order management, and fast deliveries, both for in-house production and for contract manufacturing.
Mechanical press equipped with an automatic feeder for the continuous feed of sheet metal strip, enabling rapid and consistent processing on blanking lines.
Mechanical press used for sheet metal blanking and stamping operations: it ensures dimensional accuracy, production continuity, and the uniformity and quality of the metal components manufactured.
A machine that manages the controlled unwinding of sheet metal coils. The machine automatically feeds the blanking lines, ensuring proper material tension and continuous production.
