A journey of continuous growth and development, powered by strong organisation and entrepreneurial spirit – the keys to our success.
In 1989 SIPA was born, starting out by crafting mending plates and angle plates for hardware stores. Over the years, the company’s catalogue grew, introducing plates, fasteners, shelving brackets, mounting brackets, hanging rails, and gazebo plates. It was a journey of expertise, solidifying SIPA’s place as a master of small metal parts.
In 1999, SIPA expanded its horizons and began moulding plastics, seamlessly complementing its expertise in metal production. Our catalogue grew to include adhesive hooks, key holders, curtain hooks, chair glides, and a whole host of other practical plastic products.
In 2001, the company established its very own in-house mechanical workshop – a hub of innovation dedicated to designing, crafting, and maintenance of moulds. This strategic move unlocked greater production autonomy, tighter quality control, and the ability to create bespoke products – a true journey to manufacturing excellence!
In 2006, SIPA began producing washers in a variety of sizes, each tailored to different standards – a true expansion of their product range. The company set sail for new markets and strengthened its global presence, making a mark at European trade fairs dedicated to the world of fasteners.
Today, SIPA operates from a 16,000 square meters building nested within a 55,000-square-meter site. Here, production departments work in concert, and a meticulously organised warehouse ensures that orders from customers across Italy and Europe are met with lightning speed.
